Clockout Sleep ("Clockout," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website clockoutsleep.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

  • Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors, such as PayPal and Shopify. We don't see or store your full card details.

  • Advertising and analytics partners: such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google, to show ads and understand how the Site is used.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.

4. Targeted advertising and your choices

We use advertising pixels and cookies to show you Clockout ads on other websites and apps. Under some U.S. state laws, this may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time by:

  • Emailing hello@clockoutsleep.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."
  • Turning on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat GPC signals as an opt-out request.
  • Adjusting your cookie preferences on the Site, when available.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without cookies.

Clockout Sleep is operated from Vietnam, and our service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed outside the state or country where you live. We take steps to make sure it stays protected as described in this policy.
